Description

Over the course of a night of service, three cooks and two dishwashers move through the relentless rhythm of a Hollywood restaurant. Throughout the shift, we learn about their pasts, their hopes and dreams, and the love they carry for their family and children. Shot in black and white, and presented through the gaze of a fellow worker, the film offers a subversive look at the Latin American immigrants that run the modern American kitchen.
